Shipping policy
We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping Puerto Rico: 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping United States: 7-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes fulfillment of the order. If you believe your package is lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at realzpr1@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf before initiating any dispute.
We currently ship within Puerto Rico and Unites States. Orders outside our shipping zones will be canceled and refunded.
